India under the command of every English Civilian Officer and Justice of the British Judiciary

The British ruled Pakistan and India for almost a hundred years. The head of the whole of India was the Viceroy of India and the Lot of India and all the provincial systems.  At the district level, Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police were also Englishmen and Revenue Officers were also Englishmen up to the Director.  As soon as the British occupied India, they dismissed all the civil administration and judicial system of the Mughal Empire and the Sikh civil rule. The British introduced their structure to civilian command and control.  Indian Muslims, Sikhs, Hindus used to be employees. It is very strange here that the British officer kept the same law and command and control civilian base in his own style that Hazrat Christ (peace be upon him) taught the Christian monks the basic principles of life.  Ma'am announced to the Christian people, that is, a Christian who believes in Christ (peace be upon him) should never tell a lie and the work of justice and justice is entrusted to you, then do justice and justice. Do not discriminate between Christians, Muslims and Jews, Christian Officer  And the people, we are all human beings, no Christian officer judge should hate a white-collar Muslim or give a biased decision, and no Christian black-collar person should despise a human being and deprive him of justice.  Criminals deserve to be punished, whether they are British, Muslim, Jewish or Sikh, never forgive them. Catch such people committing crimes, be it your own or whatever, punish them.  Those who will teach their children in their educational institutions, give the same education to foreigners and other people's children.  Welcome them according to the law, give them equal rights and facilities in their functions  Give the wives and children of foreigners the same protection in a Christian country that you Christians enjoy

British Civil Administration

All civil administrations in British civil administration command system and summary trial system used to have verbal orders but not in writing and gave verbal orders only for the transfer of an employee or posting to a new location or an employee's signature or thumb on pay cash. Or when an employee is kicked out of the service, keeping a written record, all other orders, English officer, civilian and all the lower institutions, even the service men and women of the primary unit, follow the verbal orders. He used to lie in front of them. The amazing thing is that all the British officers did not lie in front of any of their subordinates. The most important thing was that the higher the rank of the officer, the bigger the crime against the subordinate, the more angry the British officer was. Even he could not punish a subordinate beyond the rules and discipline. As much as the English officer was happy and as angry as the English officer was, he neither exceeded the limit nor lied nor punished any subordinate. Only discipline and The English officer was bound by time, not the British, for these two points The officer was pardoned and did not forgive the subordinate during any case or any complaint between the English officer and the Indian civilian or serviceman appearing before another English officer. If the Indian had been truthful and the English officer felt wrong, the English-style officer would have punished the subordinate English officer, then here is a small incident for your information, which is a very interesting and surprising crime story.

In other words, the Viceroy of India gave the worst punishment to the British Deputy Commissioner DG Khan and the Political Officer DG Khan at the request of a Sardar.

It is such that every three months the commissioner visits the inter-provincial hearing case of the crime jirga trial crime in DG Khan of Fort Mundro hill area. Qaisrani used to be the assistant of the commissioner in hearing various cases of Tammandar Jirga and the accused and witnesses also appeared in his court, then the hearing of the case started. I used to decide the Commissioner's case in Fort Mundro. Under the same system, the British Commissioner's Jirga was held. All the Baloch gathered in the DG Khan of Balochistan. and every tamandar had a residency camp with his nation. One day it happened that the chief of Buzdar was busy in negotiating peace with his nation when a sudden heart-shaking sound shook all the tamandars of Fort Mundro. Buzdar asked to know who this is Nahu saw a Buzdar tied to a board and the dogs were scratching him. This was his cry. Buzdar went back to the Chief's office and told Tammandar that Buzdar was a criminal boy who was being scratched by British dogs because he had molested the British officer's children. While traveling from a distant hilly area, he was returning to his chief's camp, when the wife and children of Deputy Commissioner DG Khan, who were British, accompanied by two guards, met them while walking towards the mountain gorges and bushes. He went ahead and saw an English girl lying in the thickets. He quietly picked up the girl and raped her in the thickets. Then the boy hid in the thickets and reached his chief's camp. When the British and PA British children reached home, they told the incident to Deputy Commissioner District Dera Ghazi Khan. Deputy Commissioner DG Khan ordered the Border Military Police to arrest the culprit of my daughter and bring him. Observing the camps of various chiefs, Buzdar found the boy outside the chief's camp and arrested him They brought him in front of the DG by wire. Today, they ordered two bloodthirsty dogs from England to punish him and the same punishment was being arranged. Those dogs would jump in the air and attack the boy The boy used to shout and shout, then the dog master would whistle, then the audience would approach the dog master in front of the Jirga commissioner, then the dog master would give a second whistle, then the dogs would run and pounce on him or report this to the then Chief Buzdar. I said that the boy is a Buzdar who is being scratched by the dogs of the British, then the Chief Buzdar ordered to bring my revolver and hand over my Bait to me. There is a court, don't worry, we are poor people, we can't fight the British army and we can't leave you too, please be patient, sit down, but the chief Buzdar replied, let me die on the same field with my boy, don't follow me, I don't. I can't stop, I'm ambitious, these are my children, cowards, sit down, but let me go. They went behind to stop the movement of the Commissioner. The terrible accident of Kuza resulted in a clash between the force of the ambitious Buzdar and the British Commissioner, as the force surrounded the compound and the Commissioner and the district officers were sitting in front. But the Chief Buzdar continued to advance, but the rest of the procession, the Buzdar stopped, but one of the chief's servants continued to walk by the side of the chief. He went till he reached near the boy's board. The chief asked the boy, "Who are you, son?" He replied, "I am a coward, your subject." The English dog jumped in the air for the fight and the leader turned away from the boy to the side where the dogs had come to attack.  While barking, the other dogs did not jump. The Chief Buzdar also attacked him and that dog also fell face down on the ground. Meanwhile, the Commissioner's voice echoed and addressed his force and ordered to arrest this Chief.  Then the young men of the force swooped down and seized the Chief Buzdar with iron hands and kept dragging the Commissioner towards the British. Before reaching the court of the Commissioner at a short distance, the Deputy Commissioner British ordered the force to free the Chief Buzdar and called him to his side.  Chief Buzdar sat down on the chair between Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner DG Khan, then the commissioners asked Chief Buzdar why did you do such a bad thing?  Buzdar replied, Commissioner, I am the father of this boy of this tribe, my people and their children are my children.  I can't watch this spectacle with him. I just did that. You can't punish him cruelly. Give them prison terms and fine them.  Transfer Commissioner DG Khan English and PADG Khan English from Dera Ghazi Khan as a punishment but the Commissioner refused and there was a bit more bitter talk between them.  I requested to join me, but all the tamandars except the three chiefs refused and said that if your son committed a crime, then we cannot cooperate with you, but Nawab Jamal Khan Leghari and Tamandar Qaisrani promised to support him.  But Faqat Jamal Khan Leghari Sahib knew English and could speak it, then Nawab Jamal Khan suggested that the three of us should go to Delhi to complain to the Sardar and the Viceroy of India and that was the decision.

This caravan of Sardars left for Delhi to meet the Viceroy of India

At that time, there were no vehicles in that era, so the three Sardars hired twelve legs and the bodyguards of the three Sardars and the vaders also rode along with them on these legs.

Meeting with Viceroy of India English

Chief Buzdar used to have very big hair on his neck and shoulders, his beard was also thick and his head hair was also very big, it looked like a wild tiger had thick hair on his neck, this person was called Chief Buzdar. Then Jamal Khan Leghari contacted the Viceroy's secretary and the meeting of the three Sardars was held with the Viceroy of India. Why have you come to me to complain, you are an innocent and ignorant chief? You have committed a great abuse. Then Chief Buzdar addressed the Viceroy of India and spoke to him in Balochi saying, "Sir Viceroy, know the delicacy of the events and situations, don't say such things. We are not ordinary people, Viceroy, we are chiefs and Nawabs of our tribes, we each have ten thousand." Warriors are ready to die at our beck and call, our empty-handed return of the English army and the Buzdar tribe There will be a bloody message between the warriors. We came to your court before this bloody game so that you settle our affairs and listen to us. Transfer Deputy Commissioner DG Khan and PADG Khan from there. Then the Viceroy smiled and nodded Jamal Khan asked Leghari what Chief Buzdar was saying. Sir Jamal Khan translated these words into English and told that our return would be a declaration of war between the British force Buzdar and the Qaisarani nation. Quickly transfer from there and end this blood feud then Viceroy of India smilingly replied that OK Chief Buzdar and Chief Qaisrani and Sir Nawab Jamal Khan Leghari OK and Yes Deputy Commissioner DG Khan and PA have been transferred and as Punishment The Viceroy of India dismissed the DG Khan's DC and PA and ordered him to return to London. After that, the Sardars were coming back to Multan from Muzaffargarh Road and DG Khan was crossing. Deputy Commissioner DG Khan and PADG Khan along with their children were going back to Delhi from DG Khan were

English Judiciary and Justice

The British officer's judgment was somewhat strange. They did not judge on the testimony of the witness. They gave judgment after understanding the entire story of the crime. Their view was that Indian witnesses gave their testimony at the request of Sardar Maliks and Chaudhary. Martyrdom is a failed attempt to shelter the criminal. It is necessary to punish the criminal after the crime. While the British judges had the view that it is necessary to punish the criminal in any case, they write about Punjabi Muslims that Punjabi is so He tells lies that he does not tell the truth even in times of conflict but prefers lies when the entire society of India is a liar then how can we believe the testimony of a witness but their testimony confirms the crime story and the crime committed by the criminal. If interest or compulsion or force is shown, then the criminal is entitled to punishment, even if there is no evidence to convict him, it does not matter, but the crime of such a person is obvious and proven that he is a criminal, then the English judge in used to punish
